What is The Collective:

The Collective welcomes teachers of all kinds to share their passion. As a community space, we offer a beautiful, tranquil studio where the teacher decides the class type, price, and times. We empower creative entrepreneurs to build their own brands, practices, and following at an upfront, reasonable rental cost, with all the amenities included. You pay for space only when you’re using it.The Collective was designed for fitness and wellness related classes and events. Want to use it for something different? We’d love to have you, but please contact us first so we can make sure it’s a good fit.

FAQ

What should I wear to yoga class?

You will want to wear clothes that you feel comfortable sweating in. Pretty much what you would wear to work out.

Can I eat before class?

Eating a large meal before yoga class is not recommend. It is usually best to practice yoga on a fairly empty stomach. Just like your practice, be sure to listen to your body- some yogis may need the energy/sugar that a light snack provides before class.

What should I bring to yoga class?

You will need a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water. We sell all of these items so if you need to purchase anything you are more than welcome to! We currently do not have any items for rent.

How much water should I drink before hot yoga?

For HOT classes, you will want to drink water before you arrive for class. Coming to hot yoga hydrated will be most beneficial for you in the heat. During the class, you can pause your practice to sip water whenever you need to.
